If you have any issue related to the use of your kayak we will take care of it! We DO NOT cover scratches or cosmetic issues. We will cover any issue that makes your kayak un-safe or un-usable. We cover the Hull sheet, and all hardware.
We can offer a fix at times, and even send you a kit that can help take care of an issue, or we may choose to replace the kayak completely. Just let us know what we need to do to keep you on the water!
Warranty is valid for first-owner registered with us via our online registration of HIN. The 3-year period begins upon receipt of your kayak.
